Previously, I needed to have my handbags repaired for broken straps, damaged zippers, or ripped fabrics. Often, someone told me I would have to wait a week because this repair job would be sent to another technician. Yesterday, I had an awkward, large 2-inch rip next to my fabric strap and zip area that needed repair. Also, the fabric around my strap was loose. Fortunately, I went to Shoe Express yesterday to have my favourite Juicy handbag repaired. I spoke with the owner he stated that he would have it repaired within the hour. It was great because we spent time shopping and came back. I checked my bag. He did an excellent job. Firstly, he matched the handbag stitching well. The handbag was more secure. I did not notice the strap weakness, but he mentioned it was also repaired promptly, which was a bonus. He was a lovely, friendly man, explained his service and offered us a very reasonable repair price. My partner and I were impressed by the excellent service we received. In the future, I will bring all our shoe repairs, handbag repairs, and key cuts to him. It’s great to know we have a reliable and professional person in the area to assist us.

Resoled my redback boots... Amazing! Highly recommended ... the soles of my redback gardening boots had decomposed ... the only place I could find online to fix them was in Oregon USA. By chance I found Stuart at Shoe Express and he said he could fix them... and he did! Good as new. Saved from sending perfectly good boots to the tip. Thank you! Oh... and they were done in one day !
