Eva was wonderful and explained everything to us. She was always happy to answer any questions that we had in a timely manner, and made us feel confortable with the whole process. The rest of the team on the day were also very professional, friendly and respectful. We had to organise dad's funeral quickly and Eva helped enormously to accommodate us. I rang a couple of other places and did not feel as comfortable with them. Would highly recommend!

Eva and her team were absolutely exceptional during such a difficult time for our family. They were very understanding of our requirements as this was the first time we were organising something like this in Australia. Since the moment I called them, to the end of the funeral service, they were there to support and answer our questions. My brother had a beautiful funeral with their assistance and we will be forever thankful for their help. Toni has been professional, thorough and informative throughout the entire process - exceptional service again ( used Simplicity 13 yrs ago)… and excellent communication skills, I ( and several family members ) am in process of organising my own prepaid funeral, well done Toni for showing how easy it can be about a topic from which most shy away. Most highly recommend everyone talk to Toni about their future planning requirements if they have done anything!

Prior to speaking to Toni from Simplicity Funerals I was oblivious to the process whilst processing my own emotions. Toni was compassionate, patient and so informative that we instantly knew that she was the right person to support us after the loss of our father. Toni was thorough, organised and made the process simple to navigate. As a family we were comforted that with Toni’s guidance that we were able to send of our father in a respectful, tasteful and beautiful service. We were very grateful for Toni’s support and guidance even post the service.

We used the Roseville Chase branch to arrange our Dads funeral, the service received from Toni Curran was impeccable from start to finish, including followups post funeral. Toni made the whole process seamless through a challenging time and we thank her for demonstrating so much of compassion.
