John, Marie, and their wonderful team provided my family with a timely and professional service that met all of our wishes and requests. Throughout my late father’s cremation, they were transparent, honest, and kept me informed every step of the way, which gave our family great comfort and peace of mind. I will never be able to fully express how grateful my family and I are for the beautiful service Sincere Funerals provided. Their kindness, support, and attention to detail made an incredibly difficult time much easier to navigate. Thank you, John, Marie, and the entire team. I can’t thank Marie and John enough for what they did for me. From the moment they arrived at the nursing home to take my Mum, I was impressed by their gentleness and reverence. I was very nervous going into their office to start my mum’s arrangements but Marie made me feel so at ease and understood that I left feeling confident it was going to be a special day. No request was too much for them. I asked for a priest who was gentle and compassionate and Marie said “I know just the man!” And he was wonderful, even saw me at home when I requested I meet him prior to the funeral service. Everyone, from the printer, video maker, driver, florist, caterers made it a very special day for me and my family. My friends commented how lovely the driver Sony was; no request was too much for him. When it came to viewing Mum’s open coffin prior to the funeral service I was very nervous. But when I entered the viewing room John was there to support me. I was given as long as I needed to say my final goodbyes. The room had a warm and sacred feeling. Given the circumstances,I cannot recommend Marie and John enough. They were absolutely amazing. They helped make process of planning my fathers funeral that much easier I cannot thank them enough. Their compassion and empathy from the first phone call and even the follow ups after the funeral, I can’t put into words how much that meant. Their empathy and attention to detail were exceptional , also so thankful for Luis, being able to see my father one last time is something I will never forget. Thank you all for everything you do ❤️

Sincere Funerals went above and beyond for my family and I when we suddenly lost my Mum. At a difficult time, they made sure we were supported and informed, and also ensured that every little detail regarding mums funeral and burial was discussed. Everything was perfect and all staff members we interacted with on their team were beautiful respectful people. Could not recommend this business enough - thank you again for looking after my mum and caring for our family.
