The ladies are good at massage that isn't my issue. My issue is that I paid for an hour yet they tried to rip me off 15 mins of my massage time. As my massaged started at 7.15pm, yet the massage therapist tried to finish at 8pm and left and only when I looked at the clock and I questioned and said I knew when they started did they give me an extra 10 mins. I lost out on 5 mins but I could not be bothered to argue for the extra 5 mins. But this situation has left a bad taste in my mouth as I expect to be paid for what I get since it is $100 for an hr massage I expect what I pay for without having to monitor the time. I would state whoever goes to bring your a stop watch. And if they don't believe me I paid my phone and it has a time stamp and it said 7.12pm paid. And this was the 2nd time I went. As the first time I thought wow what an amazing place and was raving it to others but now I am lost for words and sad that I had to make a review and say poor things about them but its fact that they did do this to me. So I feel how can I ever go back there when I can't trust that they will give what I paid for.

It's been a year for me to visit this place and I’d like to compliment Tina for the wonderful care and service she provides every fortnight. I am currently pregnant, and her massages have been such a comfort and support during this time. Tina is always professional, kind, and attentive to my needs, making every session relaxing and safe. She has truly helped me feel better physically and mentally throughout my pregnancy. I always look forward to my visits and highly recommend her for her excellent work.

My apologies, I do not remember the lady's name, sorry, but she did an amazing job and she was so strong for a tiny woman! I came in after 6pm tonight and she was willing to assist 😊 you don't realise how much pain you're in until you have a 2 hour massage 😳 1 hour is just not enough, 2 hours is a must if you want a thorough massage. I am so relieved 😌 thank you so much you lovely lady ☺️ I'm definitely coming back, as I only live 3 minutes away, lol!

Just left this place, honestly one of the worst massages I’ve ever had in my life. Massage was meant to be deep tissue, what I received was a session of being shaken around and being rushed. I didn’t get to the full length of the massage as the lady giving me the massage wasn’t listening to any requests but rather doing this to just annoy me. She was a short chubby Asian lady. Worst masseuse in the world. If you see her there - RUN. Nothing relaxing is coming In saying that, there was another masseuse there that was absolutely brilliant at their job. This lady -10/10 if I could give you negative stars for that massage I would.
