I had such a great experience with Ren today. He was incredibly friendly, patient and professional throughout the whole appointment. I really appreciated that he took the time to explain everything clearly, gave honest advice about placement, and even suggested not doing one of the piercings I had originally planned because it wasn’t the best option for my ear anatomy. That gave me a lot of confidence that he genuinely cared about getting the best long-term result rather than just doing more piercings. I’m so happy with the final placement of both my conch and helix. They turned out even better than I imagined. Ren also shared lots of helpful aftercare and jewellery advice, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed. Thank you again, Ren! I’ll definitely be back for my future piercings.

Honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I was a little nervous going in, but the staff were so patient, kind and reassuring that I felt completely comfortable within minutes. They took the time to explain everything, answered every question I had without making me feel silly, and you could tell they genuinely cared about doing things properly rather than just getting me in and out. That level of care really stood out to me. I’m so happy with my piercing and won’t hesitate to come back. Thank you to the team for making such a memorable experience!

I came in to get my earlobe pierced and the lady was super rude she had short hair and scorpion tattoo on her scalp she was very aggresive and snappy over simple questions. as im getting my peircing done my friend openes the door slightly not knowing ur not allowed to and she slams the door and screams at him. at this point i didnt even trust her with my piercing but i did it anyways and as im paying my friend asked her why she yelled at him and she replied with "because you opened a door ur not allowed to open and there are needles that i can slice your throat open with without thinking twice" which was way out of pocket and reading all these reviews she had a terrible reputation and plently of other people arnt happy with her service.

I had both my L&R Daith pierced in Chatswood by the lovely and experienced Glass. They were very professional and informative. I would recommend getting a piercing here to anyone. I've returned for free consults and checks during my healing period, and got the professional comfort that I needed. Also - I like to keep my spray well stocked from here too! Coz the alternatives I tried from the pharmacy (Pharmacists recommended as basically the same) only irritated and prolonged my healing time. So I stick to the stuff they sell here now.

Really great experience today. I had a piercing a couple of months ago at another store. I needed to get my downsizing done and discuss another small issue so popped into Chatswood as it was closer to me than the other store. Staff went above and beyond to ensure I was well looked after and I was thrilled with the outcome and the service I received today.
