Anky and his Pandey gave the best service by taking care of my all the glass furniture ,specially glass cabinet ,tv unit ,glass stands ,marble table ,and even helped me in the packing .

Andy and Amy from Sky Movers and Packers were fantastic to deal with. They clearly understood the criteria and complexity of my interstate move from Melbourne to Sydney — relocating from a 3-bedroom house to a 3-bedroom duplex apartment on a busy street opposite Westfield. The delivery was completed in under 24 hours from pickup, which was impressive. Communication was excellent throughout, with regular updates along the way. Overall, great service and a very smooth experience.

This company is a scam. Do not use this service. At 11:30 pm on the night before the scheduled move, I received an email advising that the agreed 9:00 am pickup time had been changed to 2:00 pm. The explanation provided was that the driver had “seen a kangaroo and the truck broke down.” This unilateral change was made without my consent and despite the fact that I had paid a $100 deposit specifically to secure a 9:00 am start time, which formed part of the agreed service. When my partner and I contacted the company to raise this issue, Andy stated that we were “overreacting” and advised that, because we were contacting them late at night, the company would cancel the move entirely. This threat was made notwithstanding that the company itself initiated contact at that hour. This conduct was unreasonable and coercive. The movers ultimately arrived at 12:30 pm, after subsequently advising a revised arrival time of 12:00 pm. They stated that their truck had again broken down, this time in the rain. The transit from Canberra to Sydney reportedly took approximately 10 hours, which is significantly longer than reasonable for that route. The written quote expressly stated that our furn

Removalists often underestimate how much stuff I have due to my library. Skymovers was no exception. The guys on the uplift were lovely but they had clearly been expecting a quick job and were tired and hangry by the end - struggling with spacial awareness and telling me I could move things like an armchair and bbq stand in the back of my car because they couldn’t fit it in! The delivery team of Amit and Roshan were great!! Patient, hardworking and friendly. The timing and logistics had to be repeatedly specified with head office - especially in my case where flights, friends and building managers were being coordinated with delivery. July 2026 update: When I wrote this review I had only been in the lift at my new apartment once before the removalists unloaded for me. Since then I have often felt guilty that I didn’t praise the delivery team more!! My lift is small and they worked VERY hard for hours to unload the truck at the delivery end. 18months later I am still in awe that they managed to get everything into the lift and delivered to my tenth floor apartment! 🙏
