Fast turnaround I need some decal’s reprinted because the courier didn’t deliver them on time from another printer in Queensland Sent the artwork to Satellite and it was ready for pickup within 2 hours

I want to give this business a 6 star if it allows me. The service and the quality they deliver are second to none, all the printing productions are delivered before the deadline, and the customer service is excellent - a big shoutout to Linda, who performed a great job managing our company orders. We would love to continue working with Satellite Digital for upcoming printing works.

Our experience with this company was not a good one at all. We requested them to print a flag for our open homes with our brand printed on one side. A number of things went wrong with this company. First of all, the material used was something like a Synthetic polyester and crinkled easy especially if wet not suitable for a flag.Second the sleeve to hold the pole was not 55 mm as requested but 100 mm almost double the size no chance of holding the pole. In our opinion the whole compliant was handled poorly, we feel this company is more a print and mail house. We would never use their service again and never recommend them.
