Avila and Andy did an amazing job for our moving today! I chose smart move 9years ago for my first big move and today’s moving experience was still same high quality as they used to be! Everything is well organised and taken cared by them, including dissemble and reassemble of the furnitures. Avila and Andy showed their high professionalism even my friend moving with me today said best team she had ever seen. Highly recommend them to anyone or family who wants a high quality and stress-free moving experience!

Avila and Arian were outstanding with their service. So polite and incredibly helpful. They took so much extra care not to mark our new paintwork and were so careful with our furniture. Both took pride in their work. Would highly recommend them for any size removal Thanks so much guys you did a great job !

This was an extremely disappointing moving experience. The crew showed a serious lack of care and professionalism. Boxes were dropped into mud, fragile items were handled roughly, and one piece of furniture was severely damaged during the move. The movers were very slow, with long periods of inactivity, yet I was still billed for this time. At one point the team stopped working altogether to discuss logistics that should have been planned in advance. One staff member even stated that the crew were “not here to carry stuff”, which is unacceptable for a paid removal service. Protection of floors was refused despite wet conditions, resulting in muddy shoes throughout the house. Family members had to step in to move boxes to prevent further damage. The billing and payment process was also concerning: blank job sheets were presented for signing, charging lacked transparency, and I felt pressured into a payment method that incurred additional fees. Overall: poor care, inefficiency, damage, missing items, and a non‑transparent returns and billing approach. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company.

Thank you to Dom, Cat and the SmartMove team for making the first phase of our office move so seamless. We had 4 pre-packers pack our items with care and efficiency over three levels of our office space. The removalists Philip, Anderson and Gus were careful with all items of furniture and equipment that needed to go into storage.

Fantastic job from the Smart Moves crew this morning. Fast and efficient. Avila and Anderson were polite and communicated very well. Highly recommend
