Smoothmoves is a removalist I have been dealing with for the last 10 years. I trust them with all my delicate, large and precious items. I cannot highly recommend them enough. Communication is a must and they continually provide you with ETA's and updates. Their service is 5 star.

Don't use this company. It was recommended by a family member so we used Smoothmoves. We didn't have good experience. We hired two packers to pack our stuff. One packer was good but the lead packer packed a lot of half empty boxes. As the result, we paid more than a thousand dollars more than the quote. The removalists refused to leave the property after they finished their job. As we had issue with our cards after too many attempts, we requested that we paid the invoice the next day after we resolved the card issue with the bank. However, they rejected our request. They firmly demanded we finalized our payment on the spot. Luckily one of my cards in a different bank worked and paid them. Later, they sent us a new invoice claiming more money that they made mistakes in the invoice we paid. They also charged more boxes than the actual numbers of boxes they used. Disappointed. We followed their policies and procedures. We informed them in advance we had heavy items and paid extra fee for that. It's not about the fragile stuff. For similar items, one packed half box and one packed full. Our point is that you invoiced ud and got us to finalized the payment on the spot. The payment had

Avila and Guillermo were absolutely amazing helping us move 1.5 hours away. They handled everything so professionally and such great care on both sides. Amazing work guys, will definitely be using again future!

Outstanding service. At the 11th hour, Brent collaborated with another business to come to my rescue when a vendor had failed to show for a booking. The brilliant team; Avila, Rafa & Ryan were prompt, professional, masters of the Tetris! They took huge pride in their work, they were thorough, communicative, kind & upbeat, actually making the experience fun. I can't thank you or recommend you highly enough. I'll be booking again for Phase 2 of this move, soon I hope!

What an efficient move! The guys from Smoothmoves carefully and quickly packed my items into my pod and are storing them for me for the next year. I can't fault their service. Polite, courteous and speedy. I would never use anyone else going forward. Love knowing my items are securely stored in the pod they were packed into until my delivery date next year. Reasonable prices also. Thanks for the smoothmove guys! (Moved Goulburn to Brookvale storage warehouse. Next year: Brookvale to Coogee home unit).
