Solarhart is a disgrace of a company. They donβt know how to communicate. They said they would install my Tesla Powerwall in late April and ended up installing it in late May, that was after I had to push them on a date. Then post install I had to follow them up for an invoice and then once I paid the balance of the invoice it took several phone calls numerous emails and pushing the sales person to get a response from a lady called Lynn, who never picked up the phone call to get the paid invoice so I can claim rebates from Tesla and sign up to a VPP. I would hate to have to deal with this mob for any support issues. Learn how to treat your customers properly. Itβs business 101. My recommendation is to avoid them like the plague.

Sydney team are useless. Sales donβt know the products they are selling, installers and Electricians and contractors donβt know what they are doing. They blame the manufacturer but I call the manufacturer and find out Solahart are liars. A few years ago they were a trusted brand but now completely negligent, ordered a battery upgrade in late 2025 and to date, they rescheduled twice and stuffed up the installation. Iβve contacted fair trading now since they donβt respond to my emails. This is no longer a trusted business

My 79 year old mother had called the company as she stopped getting hot water. She had a solarhart hot water tank installed in 2022. They charged her $190 for call out. The guy came only opened the bottom panel of the tank, said all was good. Went to mum's switchboard and found the safety switch had turned off. He turned it on and left. He didn't even open the top panel of the tank. If he had, he would have found that the tank was leaking from within and hence why the electric connection was cutting off. She was then charged an extra $88 . The hot water again stopped in the evening. Next morning she called them and was told she'll have to pay another $190 call out fee.. the whole experience was very poor. Not only was the lady on the phone unsympathetic but the guy who came to solve the problem, was obviously not fully qualified. DO NOT CHOOSE SOLARHART..Aftercare service is disgusting.

I regret choosing Solahart for my solar and battery installation because the after-sales service and follow-up have been extremely poor. My battery was installed in July 2025. Soon after installation, there were communication issues between the inverter and battery. I later learned that Solahart had failed to install a communication cable between them, despite the distance being too great to rely on a wireless connection. It then took more than three electrician call-outs, two battery failures and replacements, and eventually a SolarEdge technician visit before the problem was properly identified. The SolarEdge technician diagnosed it almost immediately. When Solahart finally sent an electrician to install the communication cable, the wiring was done incorrectly, and I am still waiting for this to be fixed. Just yesterday, the electrician said he would attend, but did not show up and has not replied to calls or messages. As a result, my battery has only been functional for around 2 months out of the 9 months since installation, causing me close to $1,000 in additional electricity costs. I have been patient and have given Solahart repeated opportunities to take responsibility an
