Good company. Very honest people especially Eddie. Was a bit disappointed when they couldn’t fit me in before rebates dropped but very professional afterwards and good install when it eventually happened. Only negative was we were too cheap to install a concrete bed and now it looks bad but no one goes out there anyway. Only wish we go in earlier would have been $3K cheaper! No issues so far good working system solar and battery.

Excellent job, friendly staff members, specially Adam We recently had our solar system installed and are very happy with the entire experience. The team was professional, punctual, and completed the installation to a high standard. Specifically Adam he explained everything clearly and made the process smooth from start to finish. The system is working great, Highly recommend their service to anyone considering solar installation. 👍👍

I am very happy with Adam and his team. Adam was very helpful in recommending the best solar system to suit my house. He was always available to answer any questions or inquiries I had with my Solar Panels, inverter and Battery. Ming and his team who installed the system arrived on time, were very tidy and cleaned up, respectful and polite. There was a language barrier (Vietnamese) but Ming was very professional and thorough in explaining how the system worked. I highly recommend Solar Galaxy as it was recommended to me I will also be doing the same. (May 2026)

Thank you Victor for helping me get an excellent solar system catered for my needs. I have shading issues over my property which have turned some installers away. But not Solar Galaxy. They got me panels especially made for shading issues, combined with a 27.8 battery which managed to get a full charge, which was a great feat considering the current season we are in. This company have been around for a while which means you're not betting on new start companies that might vanish when the current rebate is gone. Also, the products they have are excellent especially for the price. I am very pleased to have gone with them. No kidding, I asked a lot of questions and the exchange of emails and messages have become a very long list. Again, thank you Solar Galaxy and especially to Victor for his patience in getting me the system I need.

I recently had a solar and battery system installed by Solar Galaxy, and I’m extremely happy with the whole experience. Victor Smith was fantastic from start to finish and was very helpful, knowledgeable and always quick to respond to any questions I had. He guided me through the entire process and made sure the system chosen was the best fit for my home. The installation team did an excellent job as well. The workmanship was clean, professional, and the whole setup was completed smoothly without any issues. The quality of the Risen solar panels and Sigenergy battery system is outstanding and it’s been performing above my expectations and already showing great results. Overall, I couldn’t be more pleased. I highly recommend Solar Galaxy and Victor Smith to anyone looking for a reliable and high-quality solar and battery installation.
