I had a fantastic experience with Solar Power Nation. They recently installed a battery system at my home, and the entire process was smooth, professional, and hassle-free. The installation team arrived on time, completed the work to a high standard, and took the time to explain everything clearly. What really impressed me was their customer support. The solar system on my home had originally been installed by them for the previous owner, and even though I wasn’t the original customer, they were more than happy to help me with questions and provide support for the existing system. That level of after-sales service and commitment is hard to find. The battery installation has been working perfectly, and I’m very happy with the overall outcome. I highly recommend Solar Power Nation to anyone looking for a reliable company for solar or battery installations. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it is important to share my experience. The battery at my rental property was installed in a position that significantly obstructs the walkway. I raised my concerns with Solar Power Nation as soon as the issue became apparent. I was even willing to contribute towards the cost of relocating the battery to reach a fair solution. In addition, after the installation, debris and leftover materials were left at the property, which created further inconvenience for my tenants. Despite raising these concerns, I did not receive an apology or acknowledgement regarding the condition the site was left in. The after-sales team advised me that their installers are currently unavailable and they are unable to carry out the relocation. They also advised me not to use a third party without their approval, as this could affect warranty and system compliance. This leaves me in a difficult position—I have a battery installed in an unsuitable location, the company cannot currently relocate it, and I am limited in my options to resolve the issue. I believe this situation could have been avoided with better planning and communication before installation. I

Solar Nation, after researching upgrading our existing solar ti include a battery and additional solar panels. We sort quotes from multiple companies. Finally selecting Solar Nation, staff were able provide very competitive pricing, which we accepted. We organised an installation date that suited all parties. Just prior we were offered a larger capacity battery at no additional cost. Win Win. Everything went to plan, and working to save us money on electricity.

The sales team and installation electricians did a great job, every single time. I have used Solar Power Nation three times for different jobs (solar panels and battery) and have realised that number one they have the best price in the industry and number two the installations have gone smoothly every single time. There have been no issues whatsoever. Would highly recommend. I would highly recommend it to friends and family. Their service has been exceptional. Do not waste your time with anyone else. This review should be a testament to the fact that on a recurring basis for different jobs these guys have consistantly had the best prices, installations and customer service. There is a good reason that cricket legend Michael Clarke is there brand ambassador.

Had a great experience with SPN for my 42kWh battery installation. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with throughout the process. What stood out most was their quick turnaround time — everything was completed within a week, which exceeded my expectations. They were also not pushy at all, giving me the space to make decisions without any pressure. Overall, a smooth and hassle-free experience. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone considering a solar battery system.
