We recently had solar panels and a battery installed by Solar Pro. The entire team from sales through to install were great to deal with. Sam was very knowledgeable, easy to communicate with and always responsive to our many questions, even after install. Install was a little challenging due to the wet weather limiting roof access but Solar Pro had an efficient process in place to ensure install completion without losing too many days in between or feeling like we’d been forgotten.

As newbies to solar, we did a fair bit of prior research but still needed discussion and advice along the way. We arranged 3 quotes for panels and battery from relatively local firms (easier follow-up if needed). Solarpro stood out as being the most responsive and helpful of the 3, Josh had good technical knowledge and experience, helped us work out the best combination of systems, capacities, etc to make best use of our limited space, with some capacity for future expansion. Communication and advice were excellent, including responses to new questions and thoughts. Left the competition for dead, with a better solution and a good price. Installation was also a positive experience, Chris Marco and Linton were very professional and efficient, and very pleasant to deal with. Completed the install in a single day, including dealing with a roof problem we didn't know we had. The end result looks great, and it was up and running at the end of that day, lots of "free" power generated from day one. We would definitely recommend Solarpro: easy to deal with, excellent communications, knowledgeable and helpful staff, good technology, and a good end result.

The Solarpro installation team were fantastic. Came out on time, installed the panels+battery efficiently & left the place clean & tidy. I’m very pleased with the finished product & it’s working well. I’d happily recommend them.

Great experience with Solar Pro. Josh and his team was outstanding, took the time to walk through multiple scenarios, helped maximise our solar for our roof, and brought a really high level of technical expertise in tailoring the system to our needs and long term plans. Communication was excellent throughout, the proposal was clear and easy to understand, and the installation was executed professionally by a well organised team. System is performing exactly as outlined. Highly recommend.
