I have used the therapist that does Bowen Therapy - Nana. I started Bowen due to shoulder pain that I couldn’t seem to shift with regular massages. But the benefits I discovered were far more than what led me there. The pain in my shoulder was gone after only 2 sessions but following this, I felt reduced anxiety, relaxation as well as a sense of calm every time I had a session. I highly recommend trying Bowen Therapy if you haven’t before to discover what benefits it could potentially have for you.

Nana is absolutely amazing, she makes me feel so comfortable and the effect Bowen has had on me has been incredible, my stress and that tightness in my chest starts to disappear after a session or 2. I'm always so excited for each appointment because I can feel it working straight away. It amazes me how such small movements make such a huge difference to the body!

Bowen Therapy with Nana has been a really gentle and refreshing experience everytime. I always feel refreshed after Bowen and niggling chronic aches always feel lighter and better after a session with Nana. She does Bowen for nervous system regulation that has been so beneficial I feel like it allowed me to release emotion and tension I didn’t realize I was holding onto. Would definitely recommend, especially if you are a more sensitive person or someone easily overwhelmed by your environment and stressors - I think Bowen has a really helpful impact!

This was honestly the best facial I’ve ever had in my life. Everything was perfect, from the beautiful natural scents of the products, to the soothing music and the relaxing massage. The whole atmosphere felt calm, grounded, and nature-inspired, and I love the approach which is very respectful of the skin! Huge thanks to Suede, who is absolutely amazing and made the experience unforgettable. I can’t recommend her and this place enough!
