I work on a construction site directly across the street from this bakery. Today, Monday, August 3rd, around 12:00 pm, I politely asked one of the staff members if it would be possible to heat up my lunch. She simply replied, “No,” in a very rude and dismissive tone, without any explanation. I completely understand that a business has the right to refuse this kind of request. What disappointed me wasn’t the refusal itself, but the complete lack of courtesy and basic respect. I used to stop by this bakery regularly for my coffee because I like supporting local businesses. After this experience, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. A little kindness and professionalism towards customers and local workers would make a big difference

Absolutely delicious! We went there as part Amazing Co mystery picnic. Staff were excellent and food wonderful.

I am sorry for this review, I love Sonoma, always great products, good coffee(it was) happy people working there. Last 2 times that I went, there is a new barista/service personnel who is upset with everything, last time that I went I asked for a coffee, they put it in the window without calling a name, even when I asked is this mine they didn’t answer, I said thanks and took my coffee, still no answer. Today I went again, there was a lady in front of me waiting on the line and suddenly she asked, oh was I supposed to wait on the window to get my coffee? (she was a lovely old lady) and the same personnel said Yeah you should! with attitude. We go there to get a nice pastry, coffee maybe have a little chat in the morning, not to see a unhappy person talking mean to everyone!

Cute little place at Bondi! The pastries were tasty, not the cheapest, but worth giving it a go! Great variety of savoury and sweet treats! ☕️
