10/10 it’s giving Molly tea vibes. I had the cloud matcha Jasmine milk tea, the cold foam is a little bit salty sweet. In love. Fast service, delicious and conveniently located. Would come again 👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽

my favourite fragrant brewed tea and milk tea spot in Sydney (and the one in Burwood too). Staff are incredibly friendly and wait time is not long (maybe long during peak hour). Scan to order is also available for those that want to skip the line. The store is beautifully designed too. I will be coming back regularly.

As a qualified Google Local Guide, I can confidently say the Jasmine Milk Tea from So Tea Chatswood is absolutely delicious. The tea is fragrant and refreshing, with a smooth, well-balanced flavour that isn’t overly sweet. What made the visit even better was the owner, who was incredibly friendly and took the time to share the story of how the business started. It’s always great to support a local business where you can genuinely feel the passion and care behind what they do. If you’re in Chatswood and looking for a quality bubble tea, I’d definitely recommend giving So Tea a try. Great drinks, warm service, and a welcoming atmosphere make it well worth a visit. Came here a few times now. Quick and tasty. Very similar to Molly Tea. Tho def recommend less sugar to your drinks as it’s quite sweet even at 50%. Tea is like real tea leaves which is nice. (Feels healthier uk) probably one of the fastest tea shops I’ve been to. Most orders come out under 5-10mins from ordering. Overall pretty great!
