I met up with a friend and we had our dinner here. They only offered a buffet menu that consisted of two types. A: standard type B: "luxury" type, offering a few more options for an extra $10. I wanted type B but my friend wanted A. We did not know mixing like this was not allowed, so the staff separated us. This was stupid, as they could have explained the ordering before we started to place ours. Quite a lot of time was wasted on getting our orders right, which went into the assigned hours for the buffet. There is no physical menu. Customers are required to order from their webpage via a QR code. No images were available for the cuts of meat. Combined with the broken English translations (what the heck is "pig backside"?), it was quite a mess. Fortunately, the food was great. All the meat was freshly cut in the kitchen using their meat microtomes. This is as fresh as it gets! The buffet station offered a lot of choices. This included seafood, mushrooms, and various types of veggies. As a hot pot lover, my advice is to keep up the good work with the food and train the staff to explain how the ordering system works. The food was very delicious, and I really liked that there were many soup bases to choose from. The dipping sauces were also tasty and added a lot to the meal. The side dishes did not have a huge variety, but they were still okay and reasonable for the price. The staff service was average overall.

Great all-you-can-eat hot pot experience. Each person gets their own pot, and ordering soup bases, meats, and drinks via tablet is super convenient. The self-serve area is well stocked with sauces, desserts, seafood, hot pot ingredients, steamed buns, rice, noodles, and eggs. The staff are attentive and regularly help clear the table and refill soup. Ingredients look fresh and the overall setup is clean and organised. Definitely a good option if you want variety while still being able to eat in a more controlled way.

The regular price offers good value, but it becomes even more attractive during Happy Hour after 9:00 PM and Late Night from 10:30 PM onwards, where you get the same halal menu at a significantly reduced price.
