Purchased a pair of ex-demonstration Triangle speakers. There was a problem with one speaker on arrival as it was damaged in transit by the local courier, but the way the team handled the situation and ensured I received a perfect replacement pair was excellent. First class commitment to ensuring that the problem was resolved.

I wanted to purchase a Primare R15 Phono Amp. After checking with the Swedish manufacturer, there were some supply issues so I was offered an upgrade to the R35. I agreed to the offer and am enjoying my vinyl collection with greater clarity and soundstage. Couldn't speak more highly of the service and value for money. I'll be back for more!

I am extremely happy with the overall service from Space Hi-Fi. David is warm, professional, and genuinely goes out of his way to provide advice that is carefully tailored to your budget, needs, and listening preferences. If it were not for the time he spent with me in the showroom, I would never have discovered the speaker sound I had been searching for. He patiently allowed me to try and compare multiple models, explaining the differences and helping me make a confident, informed decision. What further sets David apart is the level of customer care. When there were unforeseen supplier delays over the Christmas period, he went above and beyond by personally delivering the demo versions of my system from the showroom so that I could enjoy the setup over the holidays while waiting for the new stock to arrive. He even did this in his own time over the weekend, which I was incredibly grateful for. This level of service is rare, and it made the entire experience exceptional. I would highly recommend Space Hi-Fi to anyone looking for high-end audio and outstanding customer care.

My home theatre AV receiver died and I needed a replacement. David was awesome and honoured the sale price on a unit even though the sale had ended two weeks earlier. Really appreciated that level of service. Would definitely recommend!
