Detailing was just as expected - nothing special for the price. He broke several components of my car and when I called him and sent videos of the components he claimed that ‘you should have told me not to touch it’ and ‘it’s an old car of course it broke’. I did not pay him to break my car I paid him to clean it. One of these components is a sliding door of a compartment on the interior that I use semi-regularly and is not flimsy at all - yet this fraud managed to break it. Another component was the OIL CAP - which has been snapped out of place and he clearly didn’t even try to unscrew it or put it back properly. He just tore the part that the cap screws onto out along with the cap. I don’t know why he even needed to move this but he also put it back UPSIDE DOWN and partially wedged into place. Do not trust him with your car or your money as he will try blame it on you after admitting to breaking it himself. If you want your car clean don’t let this dishonest unskilled joke near your car.

I don’t advise anyone to take a long term contract for multiple washes. They don’t honour their agreements. Funny hour your contract expires sooner than the date agreed upon. They do a fairly good job on the vehicle but their agreements are not binding.

Great experience. The workers were phenomenal and and spared great attention to detail. I came in with a problem, and Sparkling Car Care solved that problem with a smile on their face. High quality work that is like a breath of fresh air.

Wow. Eddie really is amazing at what he does! I took my 21 year old Landcruiser to Eddie for a polish after a large weekend offroad. When I picked up the 4WD at 5pm it was sparkling like a brand new 4WD. I was totally blown away. The photos speak for themselves! He went to so much effort to get all the scratches out of the paint. The paintwork looks amazing for a 21 year old 4WD with 350k kms! Eddie, thank you so much for looking after my 4WD. I will be booking in my Golf R for 2 weeks time too! Keep up the great work mate.
