Very disappointing and inconsistent service at Speedway Blacktown. This is now the third time I’ve had issues getting LPG filled. On my first visit, a staff member told me they don’t do gas refills after 7:00 PM. On another visit, a different staff member told me LPG refills are available 24/7 and there is no such time restriction. Today (22 July at around 5:32 PM), I came in again and the staff member at the counter told me it would take 20–30 minutes because they were “too busy.” However, there were only two customers outside, so the explanation didn’t make sense. The inconsistent information and unnecessary delays are frustrating. If there are specific operating hours or genuine delays, customers should be given clear and honest information instead of different answers from different staff members. I hope the management addresses this issue and improves customer service.

I am writing to formally escalate a very disappointing and unacceptable customer service experience that requires your immediate attention. The staff member I interacted with demonstrated extremely unprofessional and disrespectful behavior throughout the interaction. Rather than listening attentively and trying to understand the issue, they repeatedly interrupted, failed to pay proper attention, and showed no willingness to assist. Most concerning of all, they directly accused me of lying without any justification. Being blamed in such a manner as a customer is completely inappropriate and unacceptable. This behavior reflects a serious lack of basic customer service standards, including respect, communication, and professionalism. Instead of resolving the issue, the staff member chose to deflect responsibility and place blame on the customer, which only escalated the situation further. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with fairness and respect. This experience has significantly damaged my trust in your business. I strongly urge you to investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action to ensure such conduct is not repeated with other customers. I expect

Staff member working around 12:30pm today was incredibly dismissive and dishonest. Never seen this bloke before, I asked about a vape I regularly buy there and was told they ‘haven’t sold them for months’ even though I purchased one on Friday (5 days ago)😂. Don’t have any? Fair enough. But treating customers like they’re idiots isn’t great service mate. This isn’t just about the vape either now, dishonesty and attempting to gaslight me is. They definitely need someone else on the day. Rude fella.

Gas price here are always a little cheaper than in other places. The staff is very friendly and helpful. When I dropped my glasses at the gas pump, they were quick to notice and keep them for me carefully. High recommended this gas station.

Speedway Petrol near Blacktown is my go-to for fuel! Their prices are unbeatable, especially for 98 octane unleaded. I fill up my car with 60 litres here, and it lasts me a solid 600–800 km, which is excellent. Compared to Ampol near my house (where 98 was $2.40/L today), Speedway was only $1.90/L — such great value! The convenience store inside is also well-stocked with snacks, drinks, and car tools/liquids, all at affordable prices and good quality. Highly recommend Speedway for both cheap and reliable fuel, plus the extras!
