We had organised a refund after unsatisfactory work had been taken out on a boot repair . Although the amount of work was there the quality of the repair was not upto wearing standard . We had agreed with the owner when we dropped them off to either have a patch on both boots or that they wouldn’t go ahead with the repair if it wasn’t going to be up to par. When the owner contacted my partner about the refund we were told that we had to come in to the shop and take cash because they wouldn’t transfer us the money. We live 45 minutes away and had already made the trip twice ( to drop the boots off and pick them back up ). I followed back up by phone with them trying to organise a transfer ( due to distance) and was met by The owner of the shop trying to strong arm me into going into his shop and talking to me very unprofessionally , anyway I said I would come in and get the money . He then rung me back straight after and told me he retracts his refund offer and to keep our review up and to also write another one because he Doesn't care . Zac got me out of a bind. Had a snapped VW key and he used his patient magic to create me a new one. As it was my only key for the car, he was a lifesaver. Highly recommend!

Very happy with how my RM Williams have been mended and cleaned up. Looks brand new! Had worn these for 6 years and finally the rubber soles broke. Very reasonable pricing and fast turnaround. Thanks!
