DO NOT USE!!!! They promise to deliver with no intention of doing so. Constantly making arrangements for times that never happened. Expect payment upfront when they have no ability to actually deliver. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY IF O COULD GIVE SERO STARS I WOULD

Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend Speedy Removals. I paid $640 for a move, and they broke my TV. The guy on-site saw the damage and told me to report it to the office — he said insurance would cover it. I spent a whole week chasing them, and now they’re saying their insurance won’t pay because the TV wasn’t in the original box. Seriously? The damage happened while it was in their care. Under Queensland Consumer Guarantees, services are supposed to be done with due care and skill. They failed that basic legal responsibility. They took my money, ignored my calls, and completely destroyed my trust. I’d look elsewhere — unprofessional and untrustworthy. Edit- it’s a lie. They didn’t ask me for the box. The driver contacted me and wanted me to say that he did ask me for the box. The company is a fraud. I have already filed a complaint against them. Be careful. Some of the reviews seems fake as well. Also, Today the driver threatened me by texting and asking me to remove the review as because of it he is being questioned and he is forcing me to say that the tv was already broken. I am surprised as to what long lengths this company will go to disregard there responsibilities . Also, th

Absolutely stellar service from Oliver and his crew at Speedy Move Removals and Storage! They handled our move with utmost professionalism, ensuring every item was packed securely and transported without a hitch.
