Brilliant walk or run or crawl or whatever. Got a couple toilets on the way so you don't have to shit yourself unless you really want to. Gorgeous views, and you can finish the day by walking past the beach and round the back of the coast cliff to enter a manly wormhole.

Such a beautiful scenic walk. Totalled about 10km including some of the view points. We went after some rain, so there were a few puddles and some mud, but nothing major. Would highly recommend!

What an excellent walk! Great variation of views of the harbour. The track is also varied and has steps and hills, walking over flat rocks and beaches in low tide. There are so many different trees and plants along the way. From desert-like to semi-rainforest. Many people run along this track too. You can just do parts of the walk if you donβt want to do the whole thing and itβs still so lovely.

We loved the spit to manly costal walk. It is a long walk, and if you are not used to hiking, it can be exhausting. We finished it in 2,5 hours, with a few stops. You can see beatiful beaches, nice trees, many lizards, even some turkeys.

This is a truly fabulous walk and a must do whilst in Sydney. Itβs a lovely mix of beach / bush and is far less busy than say the Bondi to Coogee. Itβs a decent walk (10km) and could be better sign posted in certain sections but has some amazing vistas along the route! You can also easily catch a bus back from manly to spit bridge (bus no 144 from stand g) so donβt have to walk both ways if you donβt want to. Pack your swimmers as there are some great spots to swim along the route or at manly
