had day surgery here!! EXCELLENT. Staff were so nice so relaxed asked me if i was hungry post op and came out with a buffet. let me stay as long as i needed to because i was feeling really unwell after all the drugs walked me to my pickup and waited til i was safe highly recommend - definately worth the money

Amazing experience here for my surgery. Can’t express how flawless every single person was here. Have never felt so at ease and comfortable for a surgery. Everyone is just so beautiful and caring. I loved every minute here which is generally hard to do in a hospital. For anyone considering surgery I highly recommend this place. They deserve 10 stars. Thank you to the entire team at St Luke

I had an amazing experience on 8 April 2026I just would like to say thank you to the whole team at St Luke’s. I had a hand surgery yesterday 8 April 2026 by Dr Nav Aggarwal. He was amazing so caring and professional. The moment I got there the receptionist was lovely inviting and explained all so well. Sally with her calming English accent was a pure delight. The room so inviting and clean the crisp linen even a tv. What more could a girl want!!!!! Frank the bed driver very funny man Get those Easter 🪺 !!! The whole team at the theatre. Maria from Ireland. Dr Ledang who took the trouble to call me the night before to explain and all the people behind the scenes. I know this is a long email!!!!! However sometimes we need to let people know what their impact is on a patient.Thank you again to all and a special thank you to the lovely Arabella who helped me dress.

I had a hip replacement at St Luke's, had a 10 stay in hospital with in house rehabilitation and the staff were amazing. If I ever need an operation, I'd recommend St Luke's. I'm now doing out patient Rehabilitation at St Luke's and again, it's amazing and the staff are very professional and helpful.

I recently had shoulder surgery at this hospital and unfortunately my experience after the operation was very disappointing. After my surgery ran later than expected, I was told they didn’t make me any dinner because it would have gone cold. Instead, the only food I was given was just little cold sandwiches and a few biscuits. After a long day of fasting before surgery and recovery, this really wasn’t appropriate or sufficient. Not long after, I started feeling unwell and overheated. After waiting quite a while for assistance, a staff member suggested bringing me a fan. However, the fan never arrived and I had to ask three separate times before anything happened. During the night, one of the machines connected to me hadn’t been plugged in properly and started beeping. I was tangled up trying to stop the noise myself and it took about 10 minutes for someone to come and help, which felt like a long time given the situation. I was also given calf compression sleeves that were supposed to be connected to a machine. Staff told me twice they would go and get it, but it never arrived, so I was left wearing the sleeves without the machine for no reason. To make matters worse, I’ve jus
