Given this place a few chances now and this will be the last time. Always pretty unfriendly. Was told it’d be 90 mins. Was a quiet weekday morning. Arrived well after 90 mins and he rushed the floor mats in as I arrived. Car was poorly cleaned. Easily removed stains still on windows. Dust on multiple surfaces inside showing it hadn’t even been wiped. For $80 you’d expect to at least to get a superficial clean.

Car wash itself was fine. Beware that the place is located inside a council carpark so you also have to pay for "parking", which is effectively a hidden extra cost.

Should have checked my car before leaving - the boot was untouched, still dirty and no effort made to clean it. The small bit of rubbish in the rest of the car was also all thrown in to the boot instead of the bin. Car smelled very average and I’m still airing it out 2 days later to get rid of the stench. For the amount you pay for a clean here I was pretty shocked that the car was left in the state it was. In saying this - the outside of the car looked great and the parts of the inside that they did clean were in relatively ok shape.

I didn’t want to have to write this review but the company didn’t respond to my complaints via email/phone. So do not expect them to take any of your feedback seriously. Despite arriving on time, I was told the wash would take 90 minutes to finish, not the advertised 75 minutes, furthermore the car mats were hurriedly seen put back into the car WET when I returned at 12:30pm. Secondly, dirt remained on the wheels despite having a supposed wax clean on them which I could have easily cleaned with a sponge. Finally, the dash didn’t look like it had been cleaned at all and parts of the carpet unvaccumed. It was unfortunate I had to write this review as in my complaint wasn’t taken seriously, wasn’t looking for a refund just a better service! Shame!

A good and quick internal and external car wash. Overall the car looked a lot better inside and out. I was told half an hour so was happy to wait whilst it was washed. I think this meant they rushed it, as they finished in under 15mins, which is quick, but for $62 I wanted a near perfect clean. Perhaps ask the client whether they want a quick service or a perfect service? I would go back again but would be sure to say I'll wait for a perfect clean (or just go and come back).
