Took my car here and paid $116 to have a wash inside and out nothing was wiped down. It was barely vacuumed. The outside was washed basic wouldn’t recommend.

I had a terrible experience at this car wash. I paid for their “best” and most expensive wash package, expecting quality service, but it was anything but that. They left the car dirty—didn’t vacuum, didn’t clean the tires, and the windows were still filthy. It was extremely disappointing. Since they were closing and we were in a hurry, we didn’t have time to inspect the car right away. Later, when I noticed how poorly it had been cleaned, I called back to address the issue, and they told me there were no refunds or resolutions offered. I feel completely ripped off. For the price I paid, I expected at least a basic level of service, but instead, I got an unfinished and careless job. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Spend your money elsewhere!

Wash and vacuum for $65. Vacuum ok, but many spots missed. Wash was dismal. Heaps of chemical streaks through dirt that hadn't been properly rinsed off or chamoised dry. Whatever chemical they used took all the polish off the paint work. Also a spider was left on the side of the dash. When these issues were pointed out we were asked "do you keep the car in a museum?" The worst service and zero care.
