I took my car in for a wash while I did my shopping. I decided on an express wash. I was told it would be about 40 mins. I received a text about an hour after stating the car was ready and the charge was $72 - they had charged me for the platinum wash. I checked the car and the back of the car and the rims were still dirty. They moved my car and after a quick wipe said it was good to go. I complained I hadn’t asked for the platinum wash and he explained that they had cleaned inside too. Reluctantly I paid. When I put my shopping in the boot it had not been vacuumed and all the edges of the car were still dirty. I could not be bothered after that. I have since found my steering wheel and parts of the interior were also not cleaned. I will not be returning to Norton St and I also will not be recommending anyone to go there. Money waisted.

My first and the worst star car wash experience. When i was preparing to load my groceries in the boot. I was very shocked to see the boot mat was soaked with water, as if it went for a wash, not the car itself. My umbrellax2 was wet. My picnic mat was wet. I immediately point out to the staff which was busy talking on the phone. He immediately replied and said "oh I have forgotten, u can just tell me." Then I opened all the car doors and find all the sides were wet. Some even have a puddle of yellow water. Then when I looked closely, the carpet weren't even vaccumed. Omg. What a joke! Its truly hidden at a dark car parking spot.i have been to many different branches of urs. This is far beyond words. Its truly disgusting and unforgiving. The staff has no intention to fix anything. Only can repeat "oh what else u want me to do? U can tell me?" One truly disappointed and angry customer The owner saw my feedback and dare tell me " the boys" are usually good and offered some complimentary voucher which i declined since I dont even live around the area. Its just a scam and do not have any intentions of fixing what they have done wrong at the first place. Bad attitude ! No busines

Staff is very good, excited to help and they clean up my car as it's looking like a new one, manager is good to talk to customers and he like to share the information with us about which things should we get to do to car, and they gave me discount as well. They did much extra job on my car on cheaper price. I'm very happy with this carwash and I'll keep getting my car wash on this place every week. Thanks to the manager and the staff for giving special treatment to my car.

I usually go to a dedicated car wash on the street rather than these shopping centre-based places. And at the street location, I pay $65. At Star Car Wash, I paid $72. And I learned that I didn't pay for a better quality clean, just for the convenience of being able to shop while they wash. Exterior was good. Interior was fine. Scuff marks were still on the doors and around the boot. Sand and grit still in the rubber door seal. Missed some spots vacuuming the driver's footwell. I can confirm other reviewers are right about them parking the completed cars in a dark corner of the car park. Take a good look with a phone flashlight before you leave. If I were back in the area and needed a quick exterior wash only, I'd come back here. But I wouldn't bother with the interior since it didn't feel like value for money.

What a $300 "full detail" gets you. Car not clean inside or out. Raised this with staff and they said it's my fault for "parking outside". Car is also now totally covered in micro scratches. Seems they used sand paper to polish.
