Had a great experience with Dr. Mirabelle at Star Medical Chatswood. She is very friendly, attentive, and provided very helpful advice. Thank you so much for the excellent care! Highly recommend!

Dr Mirabelle was very unempathic and did not seem knowledgeable. I booked in to see her and she ended up telling me I may have a cancer diagnosis without even doing an examination - she just gave me an ultrasound form ! She then just took my blood pressure and asked a few irrelevant questions. She then asked if I wanted a sick note. I was worried and managed to get appointment in Lane Cove almost immediately after. The Doctors there were far more thorough , knowledgeable and empathic and reassured me greatly - no scan even necessary.. At Star it just seems that the whole process is rushed with the aim of getting through as many patients as possible without being thorough

I’ve been visiting Star Medical Centre for many years and have always had a very positive experience. The doctors are professional, caring, and take the time to listen carefully to any concerns. The reception staff are also friendly, helpful, and efficient, which makes every visit smooth and comfortable.

Mirabelle is an exceptional GP who consistently demonstrates genuine care, professionalism, and dedication to her patients. She is incredibly thorough, compassionate, and always takes the time to listen and provide thoughtful, personalised care. Her warm nature and attention to detail make patients feel comfortable and well supported. Writing this on a private account as I generally don't enjoy writing negative reviews, especially for health care providers knowing how hard they work to keep us healthy, but I just couldn't let this one go. I have only been to this practice a handful of times and each time was such an uncomfortable experience. I write my experiences now after finding a new GP and realising what real care is supposed to look like. At my first appointment I immediately noticed that none of the staff wore masks. I found this odd given that every other medical practice or specialist office I've been to has always had masked staff or staff behind a clear window to prevent the spread of germs. While masks aren't exactly mandatory anymore, I think it's a huge indication of the lack of care and consideration the staff of Star Medical have for their patients. If you are working with patients with all kinds of autoimmune disorders as well as sicknesses, I'd expect a mask at the barest of minimums. Additionally, it completely shocked me the lack of privacy provided in appointments. This practice is not a spacious place and for whatever reason the doctor does not close the door during appointments. Sitting
