I am truly disappointed with their service. I purchased 2 phone covers and screen protectors and camera covers. $278. The screen protector on one of the phones had a bubble and i was advised it would go away once the phone was charged. Sure enough, it didn't so took the phone back the next day and after a few failed attempts, they asked that I go back the next day as they had run out of screen protectors. I asked for a refund as I would not have had the time to go back but they refused. Instead, they offered to put on a different product on my screen and I refused. They were not keen on issuing a refund at all. I reluctantly agreed to have the different screen protectors to be put on but even then, they could fit that successfully either. NO REFUND AND NO SOLOUTION. $50 doen the drain. Won't be going back there again.

Worst customer service experience at the parramatta store today. I bought a phone case for $69 last month and the metal part was broken and faulty. I went to get a replacement and dealt with a rude and entitled store manager named Sam/Kaby. She refused to give me a replacement even though she could clearly see I bought the cover from that store. I also bought a glass screen protector for $59 on the same day that broke that afternoon. Shocking quality. Shocking service. Shocking experience. NEVER and I repeat NEVER waste your money at this store. They are not friendly and they will not help you with any type of fault. Under the Australian Consumer Law products must be of acceptable quality and reasonably durable. These products were neither of them. I will be taking this further.

Absolutely horrendous experience. Came in to fix charging port and was advised 6 months warranty. Came back after 3 months due to failure of the charging port and was advised to come back again next week because the person who fixes charging ports was overseas. Came to the shop for the 3rd time the next week and was told I’m now out of warranty and that it was 3 months warranty not 6 months (even though website shows min. 6 months). Was told I had to contact the head department for approval to have phone fixed. Called and emailed their contact centre/resolution team for weeks and was getting nowhere. Ash in particular provided some of the worst customer service I’ve ever received, and even started yelling at me saying I didn’t want to accept their resolution (which was to go back to the store again and have phone checked AGAIN). Only rating 1 star because I eventually after weeks of horrible service had my phone fixed but was told this was gesture of goodwill even though I had plenty of warranty. This was only after calling and emailing them non stop so they would fix an issue from their service. Will never ever go back here and I plead you do not pay them your good money.

I am so angry. I used to work in one of the phone shops like this so I know how the business works but this one is just too crapped and overpriced. We bought 2 apple watch case and they charged us $50 each. The regular market price is around 25-30$ only. Not just that, the girl who did my apple watch protector made a very bad job. She said the bubbles will go away after 2 hours and it’s still here. The other apple watch we bought, we took it home because I can put it on myself anyway, and this one is ULTIMATE CRAP. The packing where you’re supposed to clean the watch is dry and doesn’t have any alcohol, there’s not even a sticker to remove the dust. This is the worst. Please don’t buy here everyone, this is a scam. I checked on JB Hifi and the belkin cover is only $39.95 for a watch protector. Should’ve gone there instead.

This product is seriously overpriced for what you get. The screen protector doesn't stay in place — it started lifting off the phone almost immediately, letting in dust and dirt underneath. It's also unnecessarily thick, which interferes with touch sensitivity. When I contacted support, they told me, “Yeah, it’s like that — can’t do much about it.” For the price they charge, that’s unacceptable. Definitely not a product I would recommend. Very bad 👎
