Unfortunately, our stay at this property was quite disappointing. The apartment had a very strong, unpleasant smell that we struggled with throughout our stay, to the point where we had to keep the windows open just to get some fresh air. The sheets did not appear clean, which was concerning. While the bathrooms were generally tidy, the toilet seats were filthy and clearly not cleaned properly. The bathtub also had visible grime around the drain area. There was only one air conditioner in the lounge and no fans provided in the bedrooms so the doors had to be left open for the aircon. For a property priced at over $400 per night, we expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and comfort. On the positive side, communication with the staff was good, and they were responsive whenever we reached out. The location was convenient, which was helpful. However, parking should have been complimentary—especially since the basement carpark had plenty of available spaces and wasn’t dedicated to the property, meaning you could park anywhere. Overall, despite the good communication and location, the cleanliness issues and lack of comfort mean this is not a property I would choose to stay

I would like to thank Dean and his team at Khula Parramatta for their friendliness and excellent service. My family and I came from New Zealand and stayed here for our first four weeks whilst looking for a rental property. The location is central whereby myself and the kids could walk our dog to the park. We were close to the mall and facilities to run our errands.
