I ordered my parts whichi according the site was in stock. 7 days later and no communication and no delivery. Poor service. I'll update when (if) if I get my order.

Had a self inflicted issue with a set of door handles that had been purchased for a job. James from the sales office knew exactly what he was talking about, trouble shooted the issue over a video call and organise the parts for the repair, 10/10 service

I have been working with Style Finish on a residential project for the past 12 months and have been dealing with Simone on a regular basis. Simone has been exceptional and is a font of knowledge when it comes to hardware! Her attention to detail and dedication to the project is outstanding. Simone has even gone out of her way to source the overseas supplier for a lever from a photo I supplied. The customer service team is also second to none; friendly and very professional. I highly recommend Style Finish for all your hardware needs.

I work in the industry as a locksmith manager at David Carr locksmiths and security in Bondi Junction and we have many strange and wonderful hardware needs. I have been going to Style Finish for over 15 years because they solve my problems with top quality solutions, excellent service, reasonable price and I really like the people. Thanks guys for all your hard work over the years really appreciate it. see you soon. Eg: Recently a Big thanks to Scott he recently made a very custom striker plate from a few measurements and a picture, he sent me a Cad drawing of the product and it was made up to perfection in time and a reasonable price. Client was really happy. :)

The products they sell are beautiful and first contact with staff was a great experience. The problems came when the items started to arrive, they were either the wrong ones, the products were defective or they never came which was a massive issue through the building process. Still waiting for my last piece of hardware which was ordered almost 6 months ago. My biggest disappointment was the lack of responsibility management took for all their errors and would not offer any compensation for their mistakes, so their pockets are full, mine are empty and still have not been able to complete the build because of door hardware. Overall the worst customer experience I have had in my entire life, going to Bunnings would have been a much better choice. Beware of the smiling sales staff, its not what it looks like.
