Our cycling adventure from Penrith to Liverpool was all about one thing: indulging in the critically-acclaimed Banh Mi. And indulge we did! The crispy pork roll was a masterclass in texture and flavor, with each bite a perfect balance of freshness and marination. The bread was crunchy, the service was top-notch, and the smile that greeted us was genuinely warm. If you haven’t been to Sumin Bakery yet, you are seriously missing out. This place is an absolute gem! Their Vietnamese banh mi is incredibly authentic, served on bread that hits that perfect balance of a crispy crust and a soft, airy interior. But if you want the ultimate showstopper, you have to get the crunchy roasted pork sandwich. The texture and flavor combination is unreal—it is genuinely to die for.
