I have been taking my cat Sophie to Summer Hill Village Vet for about 6 years. Each and every staff member at the clinic is so kind and wonderful. They take great care of my elderly lady, and I see the great rapport they build with all the other animals and owners that come in too. I am very grateful for all their help.

i have been meaning to post! my beautiful baby boy cat (salem) recently fractured his hip, the level of care and compassion by everyone in this clinic was beyond amazing. crying in the waiting room with the gorgeous reception team giving me a hug to comfort me during a very very stressful time while hearing my cat screeching in pain is something i will never forget. the team squeezed me in for an urgent appointment and quickly found he had fractured his hip. from first consultation to salem's surgery the turn around was fast, quick and efficient. the team helped me with finding a surgeon from out of area to come in and operate on salem as he had an FHO surgery. anytime i called being a worried pet parent the reception team always answered any questions and never made me feel like a bother. the past month and a half of this journey has been stressful and all of the nurses, vets and reception team walked me through this tough time with a hug and a smile and a true care for salem. thank you from the bottom of my heart. words could never explain how grateful i am. the team at summer hill truly mean the world to me and due to their care my baby recently got to have his second birt

Summer Hill Village Vet was recommended to me by my local Vet because of their well known gentle care of anxious pets. My 7 year old whippet has attended for dentals and regular vet checks for the last few years and I’m blown away by the care, compassion and attention of every team member. Extremely grateful for their genuine care. Also appreciate the very open communication re fees and always get printed documentation after each appointment. Easy to book online and they are very receptive on email and the phone. Thank you again and highly recommend 🙏

I have lived in the local area for nearly 50 years but have always just taken my animals to the vet my family has always used over the years. After not feeling satisfied anymore i decided to try elsewhere and read the reviews for Summer Hill. What a lovely veterinary practice ! From the initial phone call to book an appointment to actually meeting the staff it was all pleasant. Very friendly, very clean and well equipped to answer the questions i had for my cat and they treated her so well with her being a 16 year old cat who can be grumpy. Glad i decided to make the move.
