Excellent experience with Sungen Solar from start to finish. Joshua and Liam were incredibly helpful throughout the process, answering all our questions and making everything easy to understand. The installation team was professional, efficient, and completed the entire job in less than half a day without compromising on quality. Great experience. The installation team led by Thuan were professional, efficient, courteous and fast. The whole project was completed in just one day. The electrician, Owen went above and beyond explaining the battery and inverter hardware and operation and provided guidance on how to access follow up help if required. Overall a neat satisfying experience.

I couldn't praise this company highly enough after having just completed installation of a large Sigen battery storage system added to our existing solar! Everyone we dealt with was so knowledgeable and enthusiastic with great professionalism and attention to detail. Tim, the young Sales person, came out for a site visit at short notice. He took us through various options as well as the requirements we had to meet to achieve the result we set out to achieve, including full power black out protection on our 3 phase input situation with main switchboard and 3 sub- boards. Tom appeared to live and breathe Solar and has a great wealth of knowledge. He was also open and honest and laid out additional costs we didn't anticipate, rather than trying to hide them or downplay them like the other sales people I received quotes from! Later on, Tim even helped connect me with someone who was interested in buying my decommissioned 9kWh battery. Liam, the operational manager, was able to price the project very competitively and even price matched another company's attractive quote.
