Beware!!! If you are intending to do any regrouting at home, ensure you have complete instructions if you haven't done it before!!! I bought the gun, silicone, masking tape and implement to remove existing grouting and received a demonstration on how to use the gun with silicone loaded into it. What I was NOT informed of was that the masking tape had to be removed 5 minutes after the silicone was applied. What I WAS left with was silicone over masking tape stuck to both tiles and the bathtub rim. The RESULT was to have to do it all a second time. I was then EXPECTED to buy a SECOND container of silicone to do it. Staff are usually excellent in this store, but this experience was most frustrating.

In my recent visit to Mitre 10 - How to be blessed to have some help from Sean (His area is the paint division with accessories Sean answered all my questions. He’s a great communicator and helped me come up with some solutions. I also liked the fact that he recommended other products To support me in what I was trying to achieve I highly recommend Mitre 10 Bondi Junction For all their kindness and support I don’t know the girls names but the week before they were the most helpful and gave me some ideas and help with some solutions. I needed to fix something. I really appreciate when staff Go to the next. Level You can also see they enjoy their work on their work very well as a team and must be under a really good management because the culture is really good and that’s why I return and of course because of my mighty rewards Which thing to add up very quickly Thank you to all the staff and for my last visit to Sean and all his help I look forward to seeing them all again

I just have to write a review!! OMG!! Seriously, I wouldn’t waste my time in any other hardware shop. The service in this Bondi store, from the cashier person to all the people I have had contact with.. special call out to Sean who helped me today… is beyond compare. So helpful! I always walk out of there having found answers to my questions and most often with the products I need. And often with a few extra great items I find along the way. So… THANK YOU everyone so much. Great store. Easy to search. And great staff.

Sean was amazing, really helpful, and switched on. Highly recommend. Sign up for a membership too - better prices than Bunnings and way better service. Ask for Sean!!

The legend of Justin continues - He is always attentive and is a hardware encyclopedia of knowledge and expertise. Justin is also super patient, even when guiding the unrealistic, clueless, entitled and deluded. I am also well-served by the vastly experienced "paint whisperer" Sean, whose wealth of advice and insight have ensured the success of my quirky creative projects. Ruth and Apple also help make the experience of shopping for hardware like visiting old friends! The welcoming culture of Sunlite Mitre 10 Bondi Junction make this place the best!
