OUTSTANDING. Mitre 10 Mosman delivers some of the best customer service I’ve experienced anywhere. Every staff member is friendly, professional, positive and genuinely helpful - with the perfect balance of offering assistance without hovering. The range is also fantastic for a smaller store. I could easily buy these products elsewhere, but I deliberately go here because the experience genuinely brings me joy. They even let my dog come it, which means I’ll often pop in while walking her. The staff seem genuinely happy, and it rubs off onto customers, people seem to walk out with a smile on their face. I know it's just hardware, but without realising it, the experience just makes you feel better. We need more humanness in an AI world!

The staff were amazing , neither myself or 2 other staff members were able to help until the female manager offered to have a look , solved the problem . Excellent service , will recommend to all my friends . Well done Mitre 10 Mosman

Helpful, cheerful and fast service. ❤️ The store is chock-a-block with stock, and most times they have the exact item I'm needing! ❤️ The suburb is so lucky to still have a surviving hardware store.

I ordered some specialist wood screws on line thinking to support someone other than Bunnings fully expecting delivery in 2-3 days. Instead they were delivered within 1.5 hrs...exceptional

Sunlite Mitre 10 Nursery is located in the laneway beside the main store. Hidden gem! Excellent variety of lush, healthy plants and supplies for all your garden needs, including a nice array of decorative pots. Very warm and friendly staff. Enjoyed my experience here.
