Mitre 10 Newtown is like one of those old-fashioned hardware stores where they have everything you need and can answer all your questions. In my case, many questions! All the staff are super friendly, really helpful, always go the extra step. How lucky they are also my local!

Exceptional experience with product identified and service given by very personable and pleasant staff. I found what I needed with staff showing me a choice to review and purchase. Clean and bright shop on a very busy inner-city location that affords convenience to local residents who can walk to it and make purchases. I recommend this shop to anyone needing some things that may help them solve a problem.

This store had everything I needed. I highly recommend them! They have a great range of products, and because it's in the middle of Newtown it is walkable for most. The staff were cheerful and knowledgeable. Always paying attention, so no need to attract their attention. There also staff positioned around the store, which was handy. I'll definitely use them again.

I had a fantastic time in this store, from the moment I walked through the door until the moment I left. A young man named Noah was beyond fantastic and knowleadge. He had a go getter attitude and even helped me lift my baby toy poodle into his pram as I have quite a bad back. Will be visiting here again.
