From the moment I entered the store I was greeted by the lovely lady behind the counter and by every member of the team. Each asked if I needed assistance. The store is clean, well organised, well stocked and I found everything I was looking for with ease. Upon completing my purchase I said to the sales people behind the desk that this was the most pleasant shopping experience I've had in a very long time. Paddington is not my area but I will most definitely come to Mitre 10 Paddington for all my hardware/garden needs. Restored my faith that there are sales people that actually care - so impressed!

I was met with a friendly smile and greeting by the counter staff. I asked for help in choosing the right drill bits as I needed to screw through tile, gyprock and timber all in one. Helena suggested the best drill bit set that would do the job which I happily purchased right away, especially with the Mighty Rewards special on offer. Staff are so helpful, walking me to the aisle I needed, helping select the right light bulbs. Was asked numerous times by different staff members if I needed help. Love this Mitre 10! And, they sell everything!

Love this store. It’s so great that you guys are starting to get some more unusual/collectors plants in store. The staff are always incredibly helpful and always happy to help with any questions and with a big smile on their face. I had a lovely staff member put a couple of plants aside for me today and It really made my day. Will continue shopping here all the time.

I adore this store. The staff are so charming and helpful. And Cheerful!! It's a massive improvement on years ago, when the staff were bleak and surly. I'd love a bit more attention to your vegetable seedlings - often they are a bit tired and sad - could you get fresher ones?
