Ignoring correspondence and refusing to provide a refund for cancelled screening

We paid $56 for 2 tickets and the experience was awful. The movie froze more than 10 times and every time that this happened we had many advertisers until the situation was fixed. This experience was horrible and I hope they can fix this and provide a refund for everyone, as we have paid for a service that couldn’t barely be provided.

The movie froze 8 times and during the broadcast there were at least two advertisements (something that shouldn't happen). Several people left during the freezes. And the experience is frustrating. Totally disrespectful to the audience.

Unfortunately, this was the most disappointing experience I have ever had, and I believe the service did not meet reasonable standards, especially considering the ticket cost. In comparison, similar events organized by your counterparts in Tashkent offer significantly better preparation and service. For an affordable price, they provide comfortable beanbag chairs, warm blankets, and well-calibrated sound systems that create an immersive film experience. At your event, however, the ticket price was 27 times higher, and yet attendees were required to pay extra for a beanbag chair and blanket. Moreover, the sound system was poorly configured and detracted from the experience rather than enhancing it. I arrived at 6 PM, only to learn that the film would start two hours later. During this delay, I was left in the cold, and as a result, I became ill with a fever the following day. I did not even get to enjoy the movie, as I had to leave shortly after it began due to the painfully loud and distorted audio, which felt like it could damage my eardrums.
