Jim provided outstanding customer service. When my car battery failed, he didn’t immediately try to sell me a new one. Instead, he honestly suggested that I bring in the old battery first so it could be tested, in case the issue was caused by something else with the vehicle. After checking the situation, he patiently and kindly helped me choose the right battery for my car. What impressed me even more was that he remained friendly, professional, and willing to help even though the store was already at closing time. I truly appreciate Jim’s honesty, knowledge, and dedication to customer service. Thank you for going above and beyond to help me. Highly recommended!

Great staff as always - whatever your doing with your staff keep doing it - always friendly always happy - must not have managers smashing them. Keep it up guys very good - always leave in a good mood.

Had a really great experience at Supercheap Auto today. Gerald came up to me straight away and asked if I needed help, which I really appreciated—super friendly and proactive. He brought over his colleague Edward to help with something more specific, and he was just as great. Both of them were really knowledgeable, patient, and easy to deal with. What stood out most though was how Gerald handled an inappropriate, womanising joke from another customer on their way out. He dealt with it really professionally, and as a woman it made me feel a lot more comfortable being there. Big thanks to Gerald and Edward!

Pubblic liability VERY SERIOUS ISSUES. BLACK MOULD DUST AND DEBRIBS IN THE VENTS AIR CON AND ITEMS LEFT AROUND AT THE MAIN COUNTER. I HAVE ALLERGIES TO MOULD AND DUST AND I ADVISED I HAD ASTHMA REACTION AND THEY DENIED SERVICE OUTSIDE OF STORE, ALSO WITH MAJOUR FAULT ITEM THE "STORE MANAGER", THERE WAS NON ON THE DAY, THEY FAKED THEY WHERE A STORE MANAGER AS THEY ADVISED YES AND THEN NOT HE OR THEY WHERE STORE MANAGER, MISLEAD AMD GASLIGHT, HARRASED AS WELL, THIER CLIENT TOO AND THEY DID NOT ASK HIM TO LEAVE. THEY GOT 8 PEOPLE BEFORE ME SERVED ALSO WHEN WAS MY TURN AS WELL. MISLEAD ALSO ACCC REGULATIONS SAID THEY WOULD REFOUND AND THEN ANOTHER PERSON SAID NO AS RETALIATORY ACTION, AS I SPOKE UP AND REQUESTED HEALTH AND SAFE PROCEDURES AND PROTOCOL RESPECTING ME. MUST NO GO PLACE, FOR USRE THEY HAD ABD HAVE MAJOUR ISSUES AND CLAIMS AGAINTS THEM ALTEADY AND ITS HAPPENING AS INEVITABLE VERY SERIOUS CONSEQUENCES AS THEY BREACHED NSW AND AU AND INTERANTIONAL LAWS, THIS COMPAMY AND STAFF ARE FOR SURE GETTING VERY SERIOUS CONSEUQENCES FOR NEGLIGENCE AND MISLEAD. Super friendly staff. The store is huge. Wide aisles and heaps of stock. Great experience in the store. We needed soft roof racks. There was none on the shelf. But the staff checked the system and he found that there was new items on the pallet at the back. He said to wait 5 minutes and he said he will open it up and get it for me. And we didnt wait long. He was super helpful and advised special straps with soft rubber to protect our surf board. Thanks again super cheap auto.
