I recently had my Tesla repaired by Surrey Accident Repair Centre and have been delighted with both the results and the very professional service. I had previously been told by my insurance company I had to have my car repaired by a specialist Tesla repairer even though the damage was superficial and in no way affected any of the operational systems of the car. The quote I had received from that Tesla repairer was outrageous – nothing more than a make work racket – and I refused to go ahead with it. Instead I asked if I could go to Surrey Accident Repair Centre. My insurer agreed and I received excellent service, a reasonable and appropriate quote and the job was done superbly, and in half the time the other company claimed was needed. I could not be more pleased with the work done and strongly recommend Surrey Accident Repair Centre to other EV owners in the same situation, and to anyone else.

My car was recently crashed into and I had to take it to this assessor, where I met Nick. He was the one who assessed my vehicle. I’m not a mechanic by any means and don’t really know much about cars, but Nick was able to explain everything in simple, real-world terms that I could actually understand. He put my mind at ease straight away and really helped ease my anxiety around the whole situation. His ability to communicate with customers is second to none, and his reassurance that everything would be okay made a huge difference during a stressful time. I’ve been so impressed with the service that I would now take my car here for personal work as well. 10 out of 10, highly recommend.

I picked up my car today after an accident repair and I couldn’t be happier with the result. The team did an absolutely amazing job — my car looks brand new again! The repair quality and attention to detail were outstanding, and they even cleaned the entire car beautifully inside and out before handing it back. The staff were professional, friendly, and kept me updated throughout the process. It’s rare to find a repair centre that genuinely takes pride in their work like this. Repairs to my car were perfect, it looks like new and cleaner inside and outside since I bought it. It was done on time and the staff organised a taxi to and from the car hire place. They were highly professional. I would recommend them to anyone.
