I'm so glad to say I finally found a great GP in Australia: Dr Matthew Lynch. I come from Spain, where doctors genuinely care about their patients, and that's exactly what I found with Dr Lynch. Not only is he very knowledgeable, but he's also incredibly kind, a great listener, and very patient. He always takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes sure I understand it. So far, I've had three appointments with him, and each time he's helped me resolve the issue I came in with. Surry Hills Doctors is also a lovely clinic—quiet, clean, and with an easy booking system. Thank you, Dr Matthew Lynch!

Everything was great from initial booking at reception, then returning for the appointment to the appointment itself. My doctor, who I believe owned the practice, had gone into great detail and took an interest into my personal life which was really nice of him. Would recommend this practice!

I recently visited Surry Hills Doctors for the first time and saw Dr Matthew Lynch. He was professional, thorough, friendly, and took the time to listen to my concerns without making me feel rushed. The clinic itself is modern, clean, and welcoming. The reception staff were also incredibly helpful, friendly, and efficient, making the whole experience a positive one from start to finish. I'll definitely be moving to this clinic for my ongoing healthcare and would highly recommend Dr Matthew Lynch and the team at Surry Hills Doctors.

I had my first appointment with Dr Jasmine today, and it was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a GP. I’m someone who really dislikes going to the doctor and because of that I hadn’t seen a GP in over six years. Dr Jasmine immediately put me at ease. Even though it was our first appointment, it felt like she had been my doctor for years. She took the time to genuinely listen, understand my health history and get to know me. She was thorough, patient, knowledgeable and provided excellent advice, but never came across as pushy, judgemental, or forceful. Instead, I felt supported, respected and involved in the conversation about my health. I’ve been looking for a regular GP who can help me stay on top of my health going forward and after today’s appointment, I feel confident that Dr Jasmine could easily be that person. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate and thorough GP.

I had one of the best doctor’s appointments I’ve experienced since moving to Sydney. From the moment I arrived, everyone at the practice was warm, welcoming, and professional. The clinic itself is modern and well-presented, which really adds to a calm and positive experience. Dr Somaiya was exceptional — she took the time to genuinely listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and worked with me to create a thoughtful and practical plan moving forward. I never felt rushed or dismissed, which made a huge difference. After 9 years of searching, I truly feel like I’ve finally found my forever GP. I couldn’t recommend this practice more highly.
