Thank you Michael for making the impossibly complex aged care payments system clear and concise. All my questions were answered in the first free interview with patience, compassion and integrity. Michael didn't take advantage of our vulnerability but advised we were on the right track and would not need a financial adviser. Michael is an absolute gem who is articulate and completely across his brief as he supports clients like me who are wading through emotional turmoil and confusion. Makes you realise it is the decent humans who get you through.

WOW!!! I phoned Michael for advice. After briefly sketching out my scenario, he told me I didn't need a financial adviser and gave me what information I needed over the phone - that's integrity to me!!

I really appreciate that you didn’t force us down any path but when you thought a suggestion was the right one you encouraged and endorsed it. I received a phone call after I downloaded a brochure & spoke to someone who asked if I had any questions. I explained I had spoken to someone briefly but still needed more information. At that moment he received a phone call and answered it which was rude but said he’d call the person back. He then decided to take that call and abruptly said he’d call me back & hung up on me. I have yet to receive the call back. I have never been so disgusted in someone’s behaviour. Given the delicate subject of aged care I would have expected compassion. Such a disappointment😡😡
