We recently completed our renovations and I find myself surprised to say it was an absolute pleasure. The fact that it was such was down to Dany’s professionalism, eye for detail, commitment to excellence and determination to come up with solutions no matter what an old building revealed. I would wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone wanting an excellent job done in trusted hands.

Dany Rizk & his team did a brilliant job updating our 1940s duplex in Cammeray. We required a Class 2 builder & are so grateful we found SBCG. Dany guided us through the complexities of Class 2 requirements & then provided work that was of a high quality, timely & well priced. The job (jointly for us & our downstairs neighbours) comprised: old steel windows were replaced with aluminium windows, unsafe balcony replaced, new doors installed, operable pergola installed, exterior painting. We employed Dany for various improvements separate to the Strata building work; these included an upgrade of lighting & interior painting. Dany solved several problems that we had lived with for years. His tradespeople are very good & respect Dany's expertise. A pleasant surprise was the energetic cleaners who kept order at all stages of the build. We now have a home that looks sharp, is future proof & weather-proof!

From my initial conversations with Dany right through to the great result of my renovation, it was an absolute pleasure dealing with Dany and his team. I really appreciated Dany's calm, thorough feedback, nothing was a problem approach. A great thank you to Dany for what could have been a stressful experience, very easy. Dany was always very quick to respond to my calls / text messages. I would highly recommend Dany and his team!

When I commenced looking for a builder I was most fortunate to find Sydney Building @ Construction group. On first introduction to the company was Dany, General Manager of the company. From that first meeting Dany listened to my needs for construction of a studio, major stormwater work and landscaping. The process to accomplish this, was with professionalism, quality workmanship and as timed from his team of engineers, architects, private certifier, labourers, plumbers, electrican, roofers, gyprockers, carpenters, painter, bricklayer, concreter and head office. Dany organised, oversaw the entire work and with his calm nature enabled the work to move smoothly and this in turn made me at feel at ease and stress free. I highly recommend Dany and his organisation for any type of work small or big.

Dany and his team of tradesmen, engineers, certifiers did an amazing stress free project – on time and on budget. We would not hesitate in using Sydney Building & Construction Group again. It is very pleasing and refreshing to see that Dany and his team are focused on customer satisfaction rather than variations and short-term profit. This creates a lot of trust and confidence in the work they conducted. We have completed a number of renovations before and used plenty of tradesmen and SBCG made the process so much easier without compromising quality.
