Very disappointed experience. I cannot believe it happened in Australia. The chief operating officer Sara Hole just hang up my phone saying: there is no meaning to talk about it in circles. And others said exactly the same thing like they were training in the same way to talk to a frustrated parent who has been fined by around 25mins late for $250. And I asked is there any other places that I can raise my concerns to, they said no. This is the highest place you can get at this stage. When I talked about something which is not right, not fair and inappropriate, like they did not inform the parents about such high charges will apply if late for picking up, they just ended the conversation without explanation. I don’t want to send my kid to this afterschool care at all but we love this school very much. Feel like no choice. I think there is only one choice for all the Catholic Families in afterschool care. That is why.

An amazing organisation overall and gives students opportunities to to events that they like.

Soooo... this is the organisation that PROTECTS bullies and VICTIMISES their victims. Such as the incident at Our Lady of Fatima Primary School. FOR SHAME. Hardly the attitude a Catholic Christian organisation should take.

As someone who supports several schools and has three kids in the system, I’ve had a very positive experience with Sydney Catholic Schools. Staff are welcoming, supportive, and genuinely patient with students. The IT systems continue to improve, keeping pace with modern security standards. Overall, it’s a safe, friendly, and caring environment that supports students academically, socially, and through strong values.I pray that the Lord blesses the students, staffs, and families across Sydney Catholic Schools now and into the future. ❀️

I have reached out to them regarding Mary immaculate primary school at Bossley Park and have not gotten enough support Complained about this, raising an issue and all I've gotten was a number of a police officer in charge and silent treatment. Considering the policies, its ashame that you can't even take it up higher cos you won't get anything as well. Very disappointing for a parent when you raise your issue to the principal that doesn't know how to apologise when you raise your concern how your child felt when she decided to place an 8 year old child in an interview with the police on school grounds without any parents consent as a witness to a situation about a teacher and a student. Instead of understanding the feelings of the child and the parent no protocol has been explained. Any parents I spoke to agreed that the school should've advised you or gave you a heads up before they put your children in this situation. You would want to be with your child and you should be given an opportunity to say what goes. Hopefully this doesn't happen to any student again. Overall the teachers are amazing, serious matter like this that is being minimised is very upsetting.
