This counseling service is truly the best! It is a service I want to rely on whenever I go through a tough time. The warm comfort and encouragement gave me great strength. I want to give five stars to this service for always providing positive energy even in difficult situations and for helping to build a better society!

If you are truly in need of help, I strongly do not recommend this counsellor. I received only one counselling session (approximately 2 hours and 20 minutes) through a victim support program. At the time, I was in a state of severe psychological distress, and I returned to my home country to rest. The counsellor was aware of my situation. However, I later discovered that more than 6 hours of counselling had been claimed to the government under my name, including sessions that I never attended. This was done without any explanation or consent. After returning home, I attempted to contact her multiple times via email, but all were ignored. I was only able to reach her after making an international phone call. During that call, she claimed that she had seen my emails but could not respond because her email was “not working properly,” which I found to be an unreasonable explanation. More concerning was her attitude during the call. I politely asked for clarification regarding the recorded hours, yet she responded in an aggressive manner and expressed that my inquiry was inappropriate. My partner and i had a wonderful experience with Sarah. She was very kind, understanding, and made me feel completely at ease during the assessment. The report she prepared was very comprehensive and reflected genuine care and insight. I’m very grateful for her help!

Sarah has been a great help during a tough time in my life. She was understanding and non-judgemental. Offered other perspectives and solutions maintaining professionalism while not seeming overly rigid. She has gone above and beyond and surprised me with the support she offered. Thanks Sarah
