These guys are literally the best. Huge thanks to Jackson and Sam and the broader team for such a great experience. I had a not at fault incident and contacted a couple of well reviewed places. First contact with these guys felt like a bespoke experience where Jackson asked me to text over photos, and provided me immediate advice on the repair and next steps, vs other shops which felt less personal and responsive. When I decided to go with them the whole process was v easy - basically just gave them the claim number and rocked up where they had a carbiz rental vehicle waiting for which there was very minimal quick paperwork. They were extremely patient and responsive to all my questions when I called or texted after drop off e.g. warranty questions. They updated me with every milestone - claim approval, parts arrival, photos of the vehicle getting repaired etc, and the turnaround time was very quick after claim approval. They took the car to the official audi centre sydney to get all the recalibration after the repair, and also helped me organise a service on the same day to save me another visit as I had it due. Pick up was super easy, just left the rental with them and drove off.

I highly recommend this smash repairer team! From day one, they were prompt, professional, and very articulate in explaining the whole repair process. Communication was excellent throughout, and they kept me updated every step of the way which made me feel comfortable and confident leaving my car with them.
