Really bad customer service. Employees are untrained and unprofessional. I want to pass on my message to make sure it’s heard as a repeat customer of 10 years . Blown off by every employee at the store. If you plan to monopolise a buisness, you should teach your employees customer service.

Sydney Tools provided outstanding customer service. I had purchased scaffold that turned out to be the wrong size, and the team were extremely helpful in assisting me with the return and exchange process. The Manager made everything easy and hassle-free, with a friendly and professional attitude throughout. Great prices, excellent service, and a team that genuinely looks after its customers. Dealt with Harley, real transparent experience. Went into the brookvale store in search of the HUSH150 compressor, they had one in stock but I completely misjudged the size of the thing. Harley who I dealt with in terms of the whole transaction offered to personally drop it off! Completely flawless experience.
