Very disappointed with the service this morning. The website clearly states the store opens at 7:00am, however at 7:20am the doors were still closed. To make matters worse, several staff members were sitting in their cars on their phones while customers were waiting outside. If your advertised opening hours are 7:00am, customers should be able to access the store at that time. Reliability and punctuality are important, especially for tradies and contractors who need to get to site early. Please either update your trading hours or ensure the store is actually open when advertised.

I had a great experience with Elyas at the North Parramatta Sydney Tools store. He was polite, friendly, and went the extra mile to help me find the exact line trimmer I needed—even arranging for it to be shipped from Queensland. Really appreciate his excellent customer service!

Very happy with my experience at Sydney Tools North Parramatta. I purchased a 60L Lincoln air compressor, and the whole process was smooth and hassle-free. The store was well organised and easy to navigate, with plenty of stock and clear signage. James, the rep who helped me, was absolutely fantastic — incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed. It’s rare these days to find someone who genuinely knows their products inside out and takes the time to explain everything clearly.
