I had such a wonderful experience with Anne & Alex at Symetry Aesthetics. From the moment I walked in, they were both so welcoming, kind, and professional, which immediately made me feel comfortable. I had HIFU with Alex and Botox with Anne, and I honestly couldn’t believe how gentle they both were. There was barely any discomfort whatsoever, and they made the whole experience so relaxing. I really appreciated how honest they were throughout my consultation. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood my options without ever making me feel pressured. What I loved most was that Anne created a personalised treatment plan based on my goals, without trying to push me into having every treatment available. I genuinely felt that she wanted what was best for me, rather than just selling treatments. I’ve honestly never felt this comfortable at an aesthetics clinic before. I left feeling informed and confident, and I’m already excited for my next appointment. I highly recommend Anne & Alex!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Alex is honestly incredible! I regularly see her for HIFU treatments and TruSculpt, and I’m planning to start microneedling sessions with her soon. Alex is super knowledgeable about the treatments and is highly skilled so I always feel completely comfortable being in good hands! Alex is also hilarious a real salt-of-the-earth kind of person and refreshingly honest about life. My skin treatment sessions always feel like catching up with a great friend. I’ve never felt more confident & happy with the way I look since seeing her!! 👏✨

I had a consultation earlier today and I was genuinely impressed with how detailed and thorough the team was. What really stood out to me was how carefully Anne explained each procedure and recommended treatments that were actually suitable for my skin. I initially came in wanting a specific procedure, but during the consultation I found out about potential risks because I am prone to keloid formation. Instead of simply proceeding, they took the time to explain why that option might not be ideal for me and provided safer alternatives to help maintain a youthful appearance. I truly appreciated their honesty and clinical judgement. They created a personalised treatment plan tailored to my skin and features, explaining what is beneficial and what to avoid, information I had never been properly informed about before. I’m especially grateful to Anne, who was incredibly detailed and reassuring throughout the entire consultation. I’m really looking forward to my next visit! Highly recommend this clinic for their professionalism, transparency, and personalised care.

I had my masseter Botox done at Syemtry Aesthetics and the whole experience was honestly so reassuring from start to finish. Ms Anne was absolutely lovely: very professional, gentle, and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain the procedure clearly, what to expect during and after, and made sure I felt comfortable and confident before starting. I really appreciated how patient and caring she was, especially since I was a bit nervous. The rest of the staff were also so friendly and welcoming. From the moment I walked in, I felt looked after and at ease. The clinic itself is clean, calming, and has such a relaxing atmosphere. The soft, calm music in the background really helped ease my nerves and made the whole experience feel more soothing. Overall, I felt genuinely cared for, not rushed, and in safe hands the entire time. Was greeted with warm smiles and handed a cold water bottle as soon as I walked in, already a good first impression. Met Anne for the first time today for an anti-wrinkle (Botox) consult and to get her thoughts on facial balance and symmetry. As we went through everything, I quickly realised how knowledgeable she was. She took her time explaining things, took photos, and pointed out what could enhance my overall balance without overdoing it. For me, she suggested just a bit of midface volume, and also explained what I could and couldn’t do since I’ve had complex surgery in the past. I learnt a lot. Anne was professional, patient, and really down-to-earth. I went with a friend who was also looking into treatment, and what stood out most was how genuine she was. When my friend mentioned she’d taken codral because she was feeling a bit run down, Anne actually advised her to hold off on dermal fillers until she felt better, explaining it could make her symptoms worse. I thought that was so honest and we love that. It really showed that she puts her clients wellbeing first. I ended up doing Botox and just want to give her credit for how quick and gentle handed she was. Even though it
